Many autoimmune symptoms—such as fatigue, brain fog, pain, digestive issues, and inflammation—can be connected, even when they seem unrelated. Rather than focusing on one symptom at a time, Traditional Chinese Medicine looks at the underlying patterns contributing to your health concerns. By understanding the root cause of imbalance, we can create a more personalized treatment plan designed to support long-term wellness, not just temporary symptom relief.
The questions patients ask most often before their first consultation.
Acupuncture does not cure autoimmune diseases. However, many people use acupuncture as part of their overall wellness plan to help support symptoms such as fatigue, pain, inflammation, stress, digestive issues, and sleep disturbances.
We commonly work with patients experiencing symptoms associated with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Sjögren's Syndrome, Graves' Disease, Myasthenia Gravis, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Psoriasis, Crohn's Disease, and Ulcerative Colitis.
Every patient is different. The number of treatments depends on your symptoms, health history, treatment goals, and how long you've been experiencing symptoms.
No. Whether you have a confirmed diagnosis or are simply struggling with symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, pain, or inflammation, we can evaluate your concerns and determine if acupuncture may be a good fit for you.
Absolutely. Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine are commonly used alongside conventional medical care and are designed to complement—not replace—your existing treatment plan.
Herbal medicine may be recommended when appropriate. If herbs are a good fit for your situation, we will discuss personalized options based on your symptoms and health goals.
Most patients find acupuncture to be very relaxing. The needles used are extremely thin, and many people experience little to no discomfort during treatment.
Every person's response is different. Some patients notice changes after their first few treatments, while others experience gradual improvements over time. Consistency is often an important part of achieving the best results.
Many patients seek acupuncture specifically for fatigue, low energy, brain fog, and stress. Treatment plans are customized to address your unique symptoms and overall health concerns.
Yes. Many of our patients come to us after trying medications, supplements, dietary changes, or other therapies and are looking for a more personalized, whole-body approach to supporting their health.
